With the approach of winter and the shortening of days, homes often feel darker and colder. This project aims to design a lighting solution that brings color, warmth, and a cozy atmosphere back into living spaces. By focusing on mood lighting, the lamp will avoid the harshness of traditional overhead lights and instead offer soft, diffused illumination that creates an intimate and soothing ambiance. 

Drawing inspiration from a personal archive of photos—featuring sunsets, nature, and architectural textures—the lamp will incorporate vibrant colors from around the world, such as Hawaii’s ocean blues and rainbows, and the sunsets of cities like Naples and Germany. The goal is to design a light that uplifts moods and combats seasonal depression by filling the home with soft light and vivid hues during the cold, dark winter months.
